  • 32 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 scallion green scallion sliced for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, Sriracha, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. Pour half of the marinade into a large bowl with the chicken. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Reserve the remaining sauce for later.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and transfer to the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook in batches for 14 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through in the center.
  7. Meanwhile, simmer the remaining sauce in a small pot over medium-low heat until slightly reduced and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked chicken and garnish with sliced scallions to serve.
