  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 0.5 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • pinch freshly ground pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine the egg yolks with the avocado, light mayo, yogurt, chives, vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Mash with a fork until smooth.
