  • 1 egg white egg white (beaten)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; lightly spray if desired.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Add yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until small crumbles form.
  3. Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Knead the dough until tacky but not sticky, about 15 turns.
  4. Divide dough into 4 equal balls. Shape each into a rope about 3/4 inch thick, then connect ends to form a bagel shape.
  5. Brush bagels with beaten egg white and sprinkle with toppings if desired. Bake on the prepared sheet for 25 minutes or until golden.
