Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar to prepare the marinade.
- Place chicken tenderloins in a large bowl or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Arrange the marinated chicken tenderloins on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is no longer pink inside.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
Notes
