Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with oil spray.
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and return to pot.
- In a medium saucepan, sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach, salt, pepper, crushed tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add sauce to pasta, mix in half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta cheese. Transfer to baking pan.
- Spread the pasta mixture evenly, top with remaining mozzarella, cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are browned. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
