- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Mash bananas in a bowl, set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and brown sugar together in a large bowl.
- Add egg whites, mashed bananas, vanilla; beat until thick, scraping sides.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture; blend at low speed. Fold in chocolates.
- Pour batter into loaf pan; bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
