  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz. each)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz. each, softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter additional for topping
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 3 bananas bananas sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and milk for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread pudding mixture over the crust.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 30 minutes to set.
  7. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Add vanilla and whipped topping; beat until combined.
  9. Spread cream cheese mixture over pudding layer.
  10. Add sliced bananas evenly over the top.
  11. In a skillet, melt additional butter, brown sugar, and heavy cream to make caramel. Pour over bananas.
  12. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
