- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
- In a medium bowl, add sugar and butter. Mix until combined.
- Add mashed bananas, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Evenly divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
