Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers reserve 5-6 wafers and crumbs
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
  • 5 bananas just barely ripe sliced bananas

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Using a hand-held or stand mixer, combine sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and cold milk. Mix on low-medium for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla pudding mix and beat on medium for 2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to set the pudding.
  4. In a stand or hand mixer, beat heavy cream and vanilla flavoring until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the set pudding until fully combined.
  6. Layer vanilla wafers in the bottom of a large dish or individual serving glasses.
  7. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of wafers.
  8. Spread a layer of pudding over bananas.
  9. Repeat layers of wafers, bananas, and pudding, finishing with pudding on top.
  10. Crush reserved wafers and sprinkle on top for garnish. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

This banana pudding is best served chilled and tastes even better the next day.
