  • 4 slices bread sourdough or challah recommended
  • 4 ounces brie cheese rind removed, sliced
  • 0.5 cup blueberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spread blueberry jam evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the brie cheese slices on top of the jam on two of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices, jam-side down.
  4. Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  5. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and serve immediately.
