  • 0.5 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Franks hot sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked peeled large shrimp
  • 0.75 cup reduced fat Sargento Mexican blend

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly spray an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and vinegar until smooth.
  4. Add chopped shrimp and cheese; mix well.
  5. Bake until hot, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese, and bake until melted, about 4-5 minutes.
