Preparation Steps
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add chicken, sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, flipping as needed until cooked through.
- When chicken is about 90% cooked, add red wine vinegar and lemon juice, simmer for 1-2 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pita chips, onions, and cooked chicken.
- For the tzatziki sauce, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, salt, pepper, and sugar if using.
- Drizzle the tzatziki over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.

You can add olives or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
