  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 ounces pasta

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, then in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to baking dish, spoon marinara sauce over each piece, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and serve alongside the chicken.

Notes

Serve hot with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
