- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 2-3 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and nonfat milk until smooth. Stir in vegetables, chicken, and pepper. Transfer to casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until small pea-sized pieces. Stir in buttermilk to form dough. Drop spoonfuls of dough over the filling.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until filling is bubbling and biscuits are golden.
