  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup nut butter
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine oats, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add honey and nut butter to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop out mixture and form into small balls using your hands.
  4. Place energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup.
