Preparation Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Brush the salmon with half of the herb mixture and place lemon slices on top.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until opaque and flaky.
- During the last minute of grilling, brush with remaining herb mixture.
