Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 10-inch tart pan with nonstick spray. Place on a cookie sheet.
  2. Mix flour, coconut, and salt. Add sweetened condensed milk and extracts. Press into tart pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  4. Prepare the chocolate filling: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust and let set before serving.
