  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Stir in the oats, white chocolate chips, and cranberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
