  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cups sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  4. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can garnish with crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
