  • 0.25 cups salted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 28 pieces Oreo minis

Preparation Steps
  1. Add 2.5 cups of crushed Oreo cookie crumbs and 0.25 cups of melted butter to a bowl. Stir to coat the crumbs completely.
  2. Spoon 2 teaspoons of the cookie mixture into each cup and tamp down to form a base.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar in 0.5 cups increments, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Add cold heavy cream and vanilla; beat until thickened and peaks form.
  6. Fold in remaining crushed cookies into the filling.
  7. Transfer filling to a piping bag and pipe onto each cookie crust in cups, filling about 3/4 full.
  8. Top each cup with a mini Oreo and refrigerate until ready to serve.
