  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the overripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
