  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.666 cup brown rice flour
  • 0.25 cup tapioca starch
  • 0.25 cup potato starch
  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  2. Combine flour and baking powder. Toss peaches with a small amount of dry mixture and cinnamon. Mix into the batter.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Mix flour, sugar, melted butter, and other topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the batter.
  4. Bake for 44-46 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
