  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 8 oz Reese's peanut butter cup Minis or about 1.5 cup chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in the brown sugar and peanut butter. Heat until sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add cooled butter mixture and beat until well combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with pretzels or fruits!
