  • 1.25 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.33 cup whole milk
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 20 ounce peanut butter morsels
  • 40 mini Reese's peanut butter cups chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugars and peanut butter until creamy and well combined. Add milk and vanilla until blended. Add eggs and beat until combined. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch just until blended. Fold in peanut butter morsels.
  3. Drop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Flatten with a fork. Chop each peanut butter cup into fourths and press into tops of cookies.
  4. Bake for 11 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks and cool completely.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
