  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 0.75 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Melt the butter then combine it with peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, then beat until well mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop portions and roll into 24 balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  6. Melt white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork and place on parchment paper.
  8. Immediately sprinkle with optional sprinkles before chocolate sets.
