  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 0.75 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • optional sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Melt the butter then combine it with peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, then beat until well mixed.
  3. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Scoops out portions and roll into balls. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  5. Melt white chocolate wafers until smooth.
  6. Dip peanut butter balls into the melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
  7. Place dipped balls on parchment paper and let chocolate firm up.
