  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth top, and bake for 36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
