  • 0.25 cup organic quick oats
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.25 sliced banana banana freeze the rest for smoothies
  • 1 tbsp raw hulled pecans

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine the oats and milk in a jar.
  2. Stir in the pumpkin butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Cover the jar, shake, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Remove from refrigerator in the morning, let sit 30 minutes at room temperature or microwave briefly.
  5. Add sliced banana, sprinkle with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, top with pecans, and enjoy!
