Preparation Steps
- To prepare the dressing, combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake until the sugar dissolves.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Crush ramen noodles while still in the package, remove seasoning packet, and discard. Add noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds to the melted butter.
- Saute the noodle mixture, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Remove from heat and cool on a plate.
- Shred Napa cabbage and slice green onions. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions, and noodle mixture. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Garnish with additional green onions if desired and serve immediately.
