Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
  2. Roast the asparagus for about 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. While the asparagus is roasting, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and crumble.
  4. Remove the asparagus from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheeses. Return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from oven, top with crumbled bacon, and serve hot.
