  • 24 oz Cream Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1.25 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 0.25 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 0.75 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1 package Oreo Cookies about 25 cookies
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the crust: Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread a layer of caramel sauce over the crust, then pour the cream mixture on top. Smooth the surface.
  5. Sprinkle toasted coconut and mini chocolate chips on top. Drizzle remaining caramel sauce over as desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Serve chilled.
