  • 24 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1.5 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Toasted coconut flakes
  • 0.25 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the freezer.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream. Spread over the crust.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cream layer and swirl gently.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining whipped cream, caramel sauce, and toasted coconut flakes.
  6. Top with mini chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate drizzle. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
