Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the marinade.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon before serving.
