  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.75 cup ketchup

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands.
  3. Shape the mixture into 15 meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together brown sugar, water, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs with the sauce in a large bowl to coat evenly.
